How to Change Your Ceado ES-700 Grating Disc

STEP	DESCRIPTION
1.	A 13mm socket wrench is required to change the disc. This tool is readily available at any hardware store and most Maintenance staff has this tool.
2.	Place the basket assembly upside down on a flat surface.  You will see the clutch drive with a nut and washer attached.
3.	Use the tubular box wrench to loosen the nut. After removing, you will have a total of six (6) pieces: 1. Basket 2. Base 3. Grating Disc with Screw 4. Clutch Drive 5. Washer 6. Nut
4.	Make note of one side of the center screw that is flat. This must align with the flat side of the hole in the a) the basket; b) the base; and c) the grating disc.
5.	Take the replacement grating disc and place it in the base of the basket, aligning the flat side of the hole. Insert the special screw.
6.	Assemble the flat side of the base against the bottom of the basket assembly (outer edge turned down). Holding the nut in the upside down basket with one hand, replace the clutch drive, washer and nut. Tighten the nut with the socket wrench.
